新ニューヨーク市長になったゾーラン・マムダニ氏が、１月31日、市行政の中核機関を率い、行政のビジョンを推進する 5 名の新任者を発表しました。

Mayor Mamdani appointed Dr. Alister Martin as Commissioner of the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene（衛生学） and Stanley Richards as Commissioner of the New York City Department of Correction（矯正）, the first formerly incarcerated（収監された） individual to serve in this position.

Additionally, Mayor Mamdani announced Yesenia Mata as Commissioner of the New York City Department of Veterans'（退役軍人） Services, making her the first Latina to serve in the role; Sandra Escamilla-Davies as Commissioner of the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development; and Vilda Vera Mayuga as Commissioner of the New York City Office of Administrative Trials（審理） and Hearings.
