The Hudson Yards （ハドソンヤード）について、とても分かりやすい動画がありました。この中のスクリプトを読むと、この開発がどんなものかよく分かります。多分そのうち、日本からレポーターが行くでしょうね。。。

A project that was developed after the city lost its bid for the 2012 Olympics
ニューヨークが2012年のオリンピック招致に敗れた後、一つのプロジェクトが考案されました。（動画では2020になってましたが、2012年の間違いですね。。。）
And decided to invest in a sustainable project instead
オリンピック施設に代わり、市はサステナブルなプロジェクトに資金を投入することを決めました
Hudson will feature 16 skyscrapers, with more than 2.7 million square feet of new space
ハドソンヤードには16の超高層ビルができます。270万スクェアフィート（約25ha)の新しいスペースです
Phase 1 consists of building Hudson yards 10, 15, 30, 35, 50 and 55 as well as a 7 story mall with over 100 shops.
第一段階は、100を越えるショップが入る７階建てのモールに加えて、ハドソンヤード 10、 15、30、 35、 50、 55 の建設です
Phase 2 will build 7 residential towers, an office building and a school
第二段階は、７棟のタワーマンション、そしてオフィスビル、学校の予定
