Officials said they have been preparing for different election outcomes by identifying any potential funding and policy risks.

Servers and taxi drivers could see more money in their pockets, as Trump promised to end federal taxes on tips in his second term.

Carnegie Diner bartender Sydney Jenkins says tips make up most of her salary, but she is cautiously (用心深く)optimistic.
