幼児、児童虐待のニュースを見る度に、自治体や政府の対応のまずさが浮き彫りに。。。ニューヨークって、国がやってくれるのを待ってられない、自分たちでやりますから援助お願いしますって始めて、国や企業を動かしているのを感じます。力強いです。
