Individuals cannot be asked to show identification, or any other form of proof or verification of gender.

Any person who abuses this policy in order to assault, harass, intimidate, or otherwise interfere with an individual’s rights under this policy will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

This policy does not provide a right to a member of the public to use a facility that is served for the exclusive use of employees.
