訪問者は探しているアパートのボタンを押すだけです。そうするとシステムが入居者のスマートフォンに電話をします。スクリーンをタップすれば、訪問者は建物の中にはいることができます。帰宅したときは、スマートフォンをスワイプするだけで、システムがカギを開け、中に入れるようにスライディングドアが開きます。家に着いて、アパートのドアを開けるにはただ鍵を開けるアイコンをスワイプするだけ。
