番外編：再オープンしたアメリカのディズニーランド。「叫ぶのは心で」の規則はある？

7月11日、土曜日からアメリカのディズニーランドが再オープンしました。
全米で新型コロナウィルスの感染者数が増え、深刻な事態になっている中での再オープンです。まだ早いのではないかという意見が飛び交う中での再オープンとなったわけです。

日本の富士急ハイランドの再オープンでは、ジェットコースターに乗る時は、自主的にではありますが、叫ばないで乗る、ということが話題になりました。日本のディズニーランドも再オープンしましたが、コロナウィルス感染については、アメリカの方がずっと深刻な状態です。

新型コロナウィルスに関する警告

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures—for you, our other Guests and Cast Members—and we ask that you follow all posted instructions while visiting the Disneyland Resort.

我々は、皆様とゲスト、キャストメンバーのために、健康と安全対策をより強化しています。そして皆様がディズニーランドにいらしている間、次のご注意をお願いしたいと思います。

However, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 currently exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.

しかし、新型コロナウィルスに感染する元来のリスクは、現在人がいる公共の場所ではどこでも存在します。新型コロナウィルスは非常に感染力が強く、病状が深刻になったり死に至ったりする場合もあります。

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and Guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By visiting the Disneyland Resort, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

CDC(感染病予防センター）によりますと、高齢者や持病をお持ちの方が特にかかりやすいと言われています。
ディズニーランドにお越しいただくことで、新型コロナウィルスに感染とみられる症状が現れる危険性があることを皆様にご自身でご理解いただききたいと思います。

こうした警告を伝えたうえで、次のように言っています。

A variety of shopping and dining experiences has begun to reopen at the Downtown Disney District, including the World of Disney store.

ディズニーの街で、ディズニーワールドストアを始め、様々なところでのショッピング、お食事が再びできるようになりました。

We have implemented new health and safety measures based on guidance from health authorities, such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and appropriate government agencies.

我々はCDCや当政府の関係局などの健康関係部局が発するガイダンスを基にして新しい健康と安全対策を実行に移しました。

For Cast Members, Operating Participant employees and Guests, there are 6 key things to expect when visiting the Downtown Disney District:

キャストメンバー、オペレーティングメンバー、お客様皆様のために、ディズニーの街にお越しになる際、次の６つのことを守っていただきたいと思います。

・Parking at the Simba Lot only and clearly defined entrances to the Downtown Disney District

駐車は、「シンバロット」（補注：入り口からもっともはなれています。）だけをご利用ください。また、入場は指定されたディズニーの街の入り口のみをご利用ください。

・Temperature screenings prior to entry

お入りになる前に検温をお願いいたします

・Face coverings are required for Guests ages 2 and older

お客様、２歳以上のお子様はフェイスカバリングをお願いいたします

・Physical distancing measures, including physically-distanced queues and seating, and physical barriers at select locations

フィジカルディスタンスをとってください。列にお並びの際、お座りの際、そして行列誘導帯にお立ちの際もお願いいたします。

・Temporary operations modifications, including reduced hours at select locations and the suspension of entertainment offerings and high-touch interactive areas

場所によって営業時間が短くなったり、エンターテイメントが取りやめになったり、ふれあいエリアがなくなったりするといったような、時的に変わることがあります。

・An increased focus on cleaning and sanitation, including the addition of hand-washing stations and hand sanitizers in key areas

手洗い場所と主要エリアでの手の消毒薬の設置の追加を含んで、清掃と消毒の回数を増やします。

Since many of these measures are new, and may evolve, we want to be sure Guests, Cast Members and Operating Participant employees are aware of all these changes before they arrive.

こうした取り組みの多くは新しく設けられ、変わるかもしれませんので、お客様、キャストメンバー、オペレーティングメンバー皆さんに前もってこのことを十分ご理解いただきたいと思います。
