一時は、"New York Is Dead."という文字が躍りましたが、"New York is Not Dead."を感じるようになりました！

今日は、昨日のブログに続いて、再開一歩手前のフェーズ４の段階に入っているものを確認したいと思います。

The guidelines below apply to non-essential businesses in regions that are permitted to reopen, essential businesses throughout the state that were previously permitted to remain open, and commercial and recreational activities that have been permitted to operate statewide with restrictions. If guidance has not yet been published for your specific industry, but you are permitted to reopen, please refer to the NY Forward Safety Plan template.

次のガイドラインは、州全体において、地域のエッセンシャルビジネス（新型コロナウィルス拡大の中でも閉鎖しない業種）以外の業種で再オープンが許可されたもの、州全体でのエッセンシャルビジネスで以前からオープンしたままでよいといわれたもの、そして、州全体で制限付きで運営する許可が出た商業活動と娯楽活動に適応するものです。もしご自分の業種に対してガイドラインがまだ公表されていないけれど再オープンが許可されているのであれば、「ニューヨーク・フォワード・セイフティープラン」のテンプレートをご覧下さい。

Certain businesses and places of arts and entertainment, such as multi-disciplinary event venues and theater spaces, may reopen to the public only for the limited purpose of conducting activities and operations that have been permitted as a part of the State’s phased reopening (e.g., low-risk indoor arts and entertainment, media production). Please consult the specific New York Forward guidance as it applies to the currently permitted activities and operations.

学際的なイベントややシアターなど、特定の業種や芸術、娯楽に関する場所は、州が定めた段階的再p－分の一部として許可されている特定の目的の営業、運営でのみ、一般への再オープンになることがあります。（例えば、リスクが低い屋内の芸術娯楽、メディア制作などです。）現在許可されている活動や運営に適用している、詳細なニューヨーク・フォワードガイドラインをご覧下さい。

こういった詳細に渡るガイドラインがあることは、一見面倒なように思えますが、反対に安心して営業できるいわゆる「お墨付き」をもらえるという意味では、いいことだと思います。
