細かい！ここまで知らせる、ニューヨークの公園でのサービスの変更。

昨日のブログで、ニューヨークの公立学校の再オープンについて、クオモ州知事が、自分たちは保護者が知りたい質問にすべて答えられるようにしているか、と述べた内容を読んで、現在の日本の状況と重ね合わせて考えてしまいました。

知事が言っていることはただ二つに集約できます。一つは「話し合うこと」です。そのためにどんな疑問を持っているのかを、相手の立場に立って考え、どんな疑問にも答えられるようにしておくこと。そして、もう一つは「知らせること」です。

昨日のブログを読んだあとで、今日の公園局のページを読むと、よくわかりました。ここまで知らせてもらっていると、安心できます。当局が市民のことを考えて、すべての疑問に答えを用意していることがわかるからです。

今日の内容は、政府公園局のページからですが、すべては書き切れませんでした。それほど細かかったのです。さらにお知りになりたければ、こちらに書かれています。フェイスカバリングやソーシャルディスタンスィングという単語が何回も繰り返し出てきて、うるさく感じられるほどですが、原文のまま載せます。なお画像は、当ページからのものですが、現在のものではありません。）

Important Parks Department Service Changes Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

コロナウィルスの影響により、重要な公園局のサービスが変更されています

The World Health Organization has declared the COVID-19 disease, known as the coronavirus, a pandemic. During this time, we ask that all park goers use additional precautions to protect their health and safety and that of those around them.

WHO(世界保健機構）が、コロナウィルスとして知られているコロナウィルス感染症をパンデミックであると宣言しました。この間、我々は、公園利用者とその周りの方々の健康と安全を守るために、さらなる警戒を求めています。

At this time, City parks are open. We ask that all park goers take extra precautions to stay healthy and safe. Please wear face coverings and maintain at least 6 feet of distance between yourself and others when outside and avoid congregating in groups.

この時期、ニューヨーク市の公園は開いています。そして健康と安全な状態を保つように、すべての公園利用者には特別な警戒を呼び掛けています。どうかフェイスカバリング（マスク）の着用をお願いいたします。そして屋外では他の人との距離を最低６フィートとり、集まることは避けてください。

Our park restrooms are open. We are cleaning our restrooms daily with appropriate cleaning products to ensure that they are being fully disinfected.

園内休憩所は開いています。トイレは完全に除菌する様に適切な清掃用具で毎日清掃しています。

Our city playgrounds are open. For public safety, please wear a face covering and maintain at least six feet of distance between each child not in the same household. Playgrounds are cleaned daily, however, play equipment is not sterilized. Please stay home if you or your child feels sick, and wash your hands frequently, including before and after using play equipment.

市の児童公園は開いています。皆様の安全のためにどうかフェイスカバリング（マスク）を着用し、ご自分のお子様と他のご家庭のお子様との距離を少なくとも６フィートとってください。
児童公園は毎日清掃していますが、遊具は殺菌しておりません。もしご自分やお子様のご気分がすぐれないようであれば、外出なさらないでください。そして遊具を利用される前後を含めて、頻繁に手を洗ってください。

Fields and courts are open. Participants should continue to wear face coverings, follow social distancing protocols and avoid participating in high-contact games , such as football and pick-up basketball.

運動場やコートは開いています。ご利用なさる場合はフェイスカバリング（マスク）の着用を引き続きお願いします。人との間隔をとり、フットボールや、（人を寄せ集めてチームを作る）ピックアップベースボールのような、人との距離が近くなるようなゲームをすることはお控えください。

Service Changes and Cancellations
Many events being held in parks by outside groups are being canceled or rescheduled. Before attending, please check with the organizing group to confirm.

Face Coverings
New York City will continue face coverings in parks across the city free of charge through the social distancing period.

フェイスカバリングについて
ニューヨーク市は引き続き、ソーシャルディスタンスィングをしている間は、無料のフェイスカバリングをお配りしております。

Facility Re-Openings
As our facilities re-open, we ask that patrons wear a face covering and maintain at least six feet of social distance between each household. Wash your hands frequently and wipe down equipment. Cover your coughs and sneezes, do not touch your face, and stay home if you feel sick.

施設の再オープンについて
施設全般が再オープンとなっておりますが、ご利用者のフェイスカバリングの着用とご家庭ごとの距離を少なくとも６フィートとって下さるようお願いしております。頻繁に手を洗い、備品を触った後は拭いてください。咳や鼻水をするときは（何かで口や鼻を）覆い、顔を触らず、気分がすぐれないときは外出しないようにしてください。

City playgrounds are re-open.
Golf courses and driving ranges are re-open.
Skate parks are re-open.
Grilling areas are re-open.

市の児童公園、ゴルフコース、ゴルフの打ちっぱなしの練習場、スケートリンク、バーベキューエリアは開いています。

City beaches are re-open for swimming. Please remember to only swim when lifeguards are on duty (10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.). Swimming is prohibited at all other times. Please make sure to wear a face covering, except while in the water.

Dog runs are re-open. Our off-leash rules still apply, but please note that the Center for Disease Control recommends that all dog owners keep their dogs on a leash and maintain at least six feet of distance from other people and animals.

Basketball, handball, tennis, bocce, and volleyball courts are re-open. Participants should continue to wear face coverings, follow social distancing protocols and avoid high-contact games, such as pick-up basketball.

15 of New York City's public pools will re-open for swimming on July 24 and August 1, as follows:

The Wildlife Conservation Society will re-open its zoos and aquarium to all guests on July 24.
